5 Elements Massage & Wellness Center

is a private owned therapeutic massage practice.  Clients are seen by appointment only- No walk-ins.

First-time clients should arrive 15 mins early to allow time to fill out all necessary paper work and have a consult before any treatment. All paper work is to be filled out entirely and truthfully otherwise treatment will be denied. All personal information is kept confidential.

Client safety is top priority here. The entrance door is always locked when sessions are going on. If you have an appointment scheduled and the door is locked upon your arrival, please wait patiently. We will get you in as soon as possible.
